in my opinion . It's very quite obvious that Michael is giving Janine reasons to be paranoid about the money. I mean Michael did tell Kat on his wedding day that he was marrying her for her money.. He never really loved her. Not really he just wanted her money. but at the end he didn't want the money anymore because it reminded him of Janine. So in a way he kinda gave up on trying to get her money. which is kinda of ironic. plus Michael Moon was giving off a lot of creepy vibes. he was very creepy.. Like psychopathic creepy. it's like every time I see him in a scene he creeps me out to the point I get the shivers. and given Janine's mental state it just looks like Michael has been mentally abusing her somehow I don't know why because It just seems like it's more than just Post Natal depression alone somehow

Janine had trust issues, played mind games with Michael with the money, left him and Scarlett for months, didn't let him see her and then ended up killing him. Michael was actually a decent father to Scarlett and only went mad and tried to kill Janine because she wouldn't let him see his own daughter.

I wish alternatively Janine died after redemption in the 2010's because am I the only one who feels sorry for her when she attempted suicide by drinking an overdose of alcohol? If Janine is dead (if only Billy haven't found her), she would have a tragic life and Frank would admit he's responsible for his youngest daughter's suicide.
