After all these years i discover a Mick Jagger video wich copies Michael Jackson' s beat it concept fully, how funny ! 😊 but the songs not reaching as high as beat it . But still i have to check the dates cause maybe Jackson's hit came later ! 80's music videos were soooo cool , the best ever

Miami Vice influences almost all of my day to day wardrobe. Given that I live in a tropical city in Sri Lanka, a tropical country, much of the fashion trends on the show work well with casual wear over here. I always go for pastel colours, hawaiian print shirts, linen pants and shorts, sandles or loafers without socks, and a pair of wayfarers tucked away in my pocket. Suited up in a linen jacket & pants and a pastel V-neck and a pair of ray-bans on my eyes, cruising down the highway in a white Testarossa rocking to the Miami Vice Soundtrack will always be THE DREAM. Freakin' love this show.

All these comments about the verb "cream" just made me realize what the internet has done to humanity. Somebody needs to get porn off the internet and put it back in the rear aisle of the liquor store. Otherwise we're all doomed.

Slick Broadway Joe. He was really the Derek Jeter of the 1970's Mass Females Top List Demand Hot Property Sports Jock Stud. Mass Females wanted to bang him & Wilt Chamberlain back in the 1970's. By the way Joe Namath is a Yankees Fan & a Big Derek Jeter Fan. He even called Derek Jeter an angel both on & off the field. He said he would let his daughter date him if she was still single.

I don't care what RIC FLAIR later said about Jerry Lee Lewis being the source of his "WOO!"- he's ON RECORD ("Ric Flair: Two Decades of Greatness") for saying that JOE NAMATH was a major influence on his "In-Ring" persona. "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers was too but as far as I know, Rogers never wore a mink coat like Flair but Joe Namath sure did! WOO!

it's pretty obvious there was no blade in the razor. otherwise, the way joe was shaving would've caused major damage to that pretty face of his.

I kind of copy don Johnson's look in the summer, but I prefer to wear blue,blue/gray or gray jackets with the t-shirt and slacks versus wearing a white jacket. I feel like it is just too obvious I'm copying Miami Vice when wearing the white jacket even though personally I think it looks good.

Was Noxzema a New York based Corporation?
@davidwiseman78919 жыл бұрын
Noxell was a Baltimore based company who made Noxzema, Cover Girl make-up, and Lestoil cleaner. Proctor & Gamble bought them out, sold Lestoil to Clorox, Noxzema is now a Unilever brand, but the Noxzema shave cream and razors are made by someone else, and Cover Girl make-up is still made by P&G at their Hunt Valley Md. plant(the former Noxell plant) as opposed to their home base in Cincinnati.
@Jiltedin20079 жыл бұрын
David Wiseman I asked because before I saw this commercial with Joe Namath, I saw another Noxzema Shaving Cream commercial with someone shaving that looked very much like a very young Nolan Ryan(Who was a Met at the time of the commercial). With Joe Namath with the New York Jets, and Nolan Ryan with the New York Mets on these commercials, I ask myself why do I only see New York Superstars advertising for Noxzema.
