I'm a web designer and I often struggle when marketers want me to just make something look cool but I'm not a marketer so it can be hard to explain why story and user info matters so much. I will be sending this video to all of my coworkers in the future who dont get why I can't just make them a product page with lorem ipsum. THANK YOU

You need a copywriter. All you're talking about is features. Terrible.

If i watch this do you show the actual opt in conversion rates before and after? Or are you just guessing at what the conversions "could be" making these changes?

Thank you Wes Bush and the ProductLed team. This is one of the best educative videos!!! I like how Wes explained the concepts of TTV, citing relatable examples and also sharing the two philosophies from Adam Jarczyn . The video quality, sound and editing are top notch. Thanks again. 💯💯

Great video! I will steal the Bowling Alley Framework the next time I am in an onboarding discussion. One point, though. Isn't "expected value" a more clear and less ambiguous term than "perceived valued"? Why call it "perceived value"?
@ProductLed

Good point! I do like expected value more now that you mention it. Feel free to use whichever label you think makes the most sense.

(ชอบอันนี้ “Without connecting emotionally with your customer’s pain, it’s going to be really hard for u to get the sale”) Lead by questions; you need to care and be curious about how your customers are currently working. You need to be excited about the potential of what they could achieve with your product. &FOMO if they were to miss out on your solution.

Thanks for the breakdown. Free Trial seems best for more complex product that cannot really offer value with limited features.
