Made several swaps for the chocolate one using what I have at home (orgain plant based protein powder, chickpea flour, cashew milk, white sugar and half what she suggests, half the amount of chocolate chips she suggests, and no peanut butter). Came to 338 calories, 25.8 g of protein, 34g of carbs, 11.5 g of fat.

This might sound strange but just do it by pumpkin, purée and just eat it right out of the can every day replace that crappy Sugar filled yogurt you’re eating every day anyway it’s loaded with vitamin A potassium you’ll feel great and your gut will love you

Most of these healthy cereals are like eating a bowl of gravel. Although I do enjoy a nice bowl of granola, especially if it has some dried dates.

I have a question. If sugar is bad for you ( especially if you have inflammation) and artificial sweeteners are bad for you ( same reasons) then what is a healthy alternative that won’t add weight and make the inflammation worse???

Take it in small proportion. Add lemon, honey and ginger. Dilute it as much as possible. It might avoid side effects. Effect completely depends on the body. Walk at least 45 minutes a day. Eat only once in a day. Do not eat anything after 6 pm evening. Eat same quantity of food everyday. I have recently started with apple cider vinegar. But by just changing eating habits and daily walk i reduced 8 kg in a month.

"The name of the dish in this video is incorrect. Gỏi cuốn is Vietnam Summer Roll, not Spring Roll. The KZbin channel owner has incorrectly named this traditional Vietnamese dish, causing people to misunderstand its name. Vietnamese cuisine has two famous types of rolls: Nem rán/Chả giò (Spring Roll) and Gỏi cuốn (Summer Roll). This is a Spring Roll: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipDSkIdpgaqMgrs

foods fry in seed oil. Seed oils cause inflammation not fried foods on their own. Fry your own food at home. Great, but stay away from process meat. You'll thank me later

Fiber is a plant based carbohydrate that you get from dietary foods but it doesn't ever really get broken down through digestion and just passes through your digestive system, that's beneficial as it attaches to foods along the way and it helps to make everything flow better it removes carcinogens from your body and it keeps your digestive system working regularly. There are 2 types of fiber soluble which can be broken down in water it's found in oats, nuts , beans, apples , and blueberries on the other hand insoluble fiber is found in skins and peels of fruit and veg which does not mix with water and just passes through your digestive track.

This is so awesome! Thank you for this video! I understand not wanting those cookies or whatever. I did not want them. All of the sudden out of nowhere after 8 months into my journey. This past week I’ve been craving the donuts, sugar, salty foods. I’m not beating myself up but it’s scary bc I wasn’t wanting it and I was feeling great without it. Ugh. It’s weird.

I randomly came across this recipe the other day and it looked good. Im not a huge fan of butternut squash but I haven't had mac n cheese in over a year due to dietary changes. I was so happy with the results. Not only was it super delicious it succeeded in giving the familiar taste of Mac n cheese. I will definitely be making this regularly. Note: I added chicken, used Brami protein pasta, and substituted skim milk for almond milk.

Absolutely! Fiber is the missing piece for many of us when it comes to health and weight management. 🌿 I’ve noticed a big difference when I up my fiber game, especially with reducing cravings and feeling full longer. 🥦 What’s your go-to fiber food, and have you tried any of these tips yet? Let’s keep the fiber love going!
