I rememeber that one well. :) The side jumps have been bugging me for some time - you have to use the kyes for standard hanging jump, and then, immeditely push the direction key (left or right in that case). Ezio should jump vertically with following side jump.

Right now I can think of only one thing that could have the vital impact on that matter: the FPS limiter. Back in the days, we've been used to have them turned on, which is not the case nowadays. Old GTA titles, like this one, are great examples of games, where high FPS glitched the physics, hence the aded FPS limiters to the settings, just to let the physics mechanics being rendered optimally. Try to turn the FPS limiter ON, if you don't have it yet.

No. The whole playthrough was done in the most possible legal way. I heavilly dislike any form of workaround, that involves anything else than standard game mechanics.

Velké projekty většinou doplácely na svoji komplexnost. Je však obdivuhodné vidět usilovnou práci moderské komunity, která setrvala s původní Mafií až do dnešních dob a dokázala realizovat myšlenky, které byly v dobách vzniku této hry pouhými vizemi, především díky absenci adekvátních editačních programů. :)
