I am currently going through this for the 1st time in my life it feels quite bad and scary for me i went to the hospital and they told me i wasnt having a heart attack or anything. Since this has started i have gotten closer to my Rabb and i pray He keeps me steadfast in my salah ameen. Jazakallah brother
