Hello, thank you for your video and the work that you are doing to help others. We need this. So again Thank you so much. One question, I noticed that one of the doctors on your panel said that mistletoe was good for any type of cancer, but I read that you should avoid supplement mistletoe for the risk of kidney cancer due to the VHL gene mutation. Is this true? Should one be tested for this gene before taking it. Or avoid it if there is a history of renal cancer in your family etc? Thank you , have a blessed day

I wish there had been mention of naturopathic "standards of care", i.e. mistletoe and hyperbaric oxygen therapies for cancer and how the low glucose, high ketone terrain can equally help those be more effective.

Great discussion. I see that none of the consultants at Remission Nutrition is a "Registered Dietitian". I'm not that surprised. I was one and never learned or was expected to practice in context of the metabolic terrain. I am curious if Believe Big and Remission Nutrition are following a bill introduced in Congress: HR 6407 - The Medical Nutrition Therapy Act (MNT Act) of 2023 is a bipartisan bill that would expand Medicare Part B coverage of medical nutrition therapy (MNT) services to a number of conditions that are currently uncovered. The bill would include coverage for: Diabetes, Renal disease, Obesity, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Malnutrition, Eating disorders, Cancer, Gastrointestinal diseases, including celiac disease, and HIV and AIDS. The bill would also allow services to be referred by: Physician assistants, Nurse practitioners, Clinical nurse specialists, and Clinical psychologists (for eating disorders). The MNT Act would also allow the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services to expand coverage for MNT to other conditions as determined medically necessary. "Medical nutrition therapy includes behavioral and lifestyle changes, such as changing one's eating habits, eating a balanced diet, and maintaining an active lifestyle. In other cases, individuals may benefit from specific diets that restrict certain foods or food groups." It concerns me that it says, "such services must also be provided by a registered dietitian or nutrition professional pursuant to a physician referral. " So, 1) do services of an MS or BS qualify, do you qualify if you do the ONC training? Why NO reference to Naturopaths either as qualified to refer or be referred to for covered MNT services when NDs know worlds more about nutrition than PAs, NPs, or MDs? I'm impressed with Dr. Farshad Marvasti, MD, clinician and teacher of nutrition in medical schools who got a Medicaid pilot project to cover healthy food prescriptions, however, in his talks he seems to limit his references to "dietitians" when the professionals trained in the metabolic terrain do not appear to ever be Registered Dietitians. It's very political, BUT it still seems like a huge opportunity to lobby the authors of this bill for much-needed amendments. The bill was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Reps Robin Kelly (D-IL) and Jen Kiggans (R-VA) and my Rep Julia Brownley recently signed on her support. It was introduced in the U.S. Senate by Sens.: Susan Collins (R-ME) and Gary Peters (D-MI). I would very much like to see those who are trained by the Metabolic Terrain Institute involved in making sure that their services are covered by Medicaid and Medicare.

I know this is old but I wanted to comment specifically about the stomach discomfort w matcha. It's a known side effect from green teas in general that they can cause stomach pain and nausea (due to tannins) especially on an empty stomach. It's actually not recommended to drink on an empty stomach bc it causes you to produce extra acid, which can lead to ulcers and erosion. I have to be careful not to take on an empty stomach or I will suffer these consequences (stomach pain/nausea).
@BelieveBig2 ай бұрын
Yes, everyone has unique needs based on their individual profile, what works amazing for some, can cause harm to others. If you experience stomach discomfort after consuming matcha, try the following: Drink matcha with food: Consuming matcha with a meal or snack can help reduce the risk of stomach discomfort. Start with a small amount: Begin with a small amount of matcha and gradually increase your intake to allow your stomach to adjust. Choose high-quality matcha: Opt for high-quality matcha powder that is free of contaminants and has a lower caffeine content. Avoid drinking on an empty stomach: Try to drink matcha after a meal or with a snack to reduce the risk of stomach discomfort. Consult a healthcare professional: If you experience persistent or severe stomach discomfort, consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.

@@BelieveBig yes, as I said before, I can't have matcha or any green tea on a empty stomach or I suffer pain/nausea. It's a pretty common side effect. I do agree everyone is different and may not have the sensitivity to tannins, however, the rise in stomach acid on an empty stomach could be problematic for anyone. They may not even be aware there's an issue brewing til they develop an ulcer. I just think telling people they should drink on an empty stomach is not good advice, especially without a warning of possible side effects.

Pushing a so-called vegan diet damages the credibility off your message and makes it almost political. Blaming meat for every problem on Earth is the newest narrative of the establishment. There is no scientific evidence to back that claim. And please don't bring up epidemiology because that proves little to nothing. Never a peep about toxic seed oils bring pushed as healthy. The info is out there for people who don't have an agenda.

Other than these substances listed having all been known to eliminate cancer what else do they have in common? Mistletoe, high THC cannabis oil, fenbendazole, ivermectin, wormwood, sour sop, bicarbonate of soda, apricot kernels? Would anyone care to explain why this is so.
@CARMENCHUVA4 ай бұрын
Hi for someone with non-hodjkins lymphoma 4th stage with metastasis in lumbar area. Mistletoe is now being started along with Ivermectin . Will that help? Oncologist is pushing for XGEVA for the bone . We don’t know if we should because 15 cycles of Chemo did not work and left side effects.
