I think creta is better for you because creta have more space & long wheelbase and also got safety features like 6airbags ,3Star safety rating ,all 4Disc Bracks etc. If your first priority is safety go for nexon also you get more features & got 3cylinder 1.2L Engine I think Creta gives you more value
