Good conversation. And really encapsulates the debate (and disconnect) on this issue. One side saying he didn’t do what he said he said he was going to do but it’s justified because of the school did him wrong. The other saying no he did everything he said he would do and it was time to move on. I think he did everything he set out to do…he made them a winning program, he gave them national exposure, new facilities, more capital AND the best thing he did for them…he left to a power 4 program. What I wish JSU would have done is throw a parade when he left. Publicly celebrate him. Then they could pitch that JSU specifically and HBCUs in general are places talented coaches and players can come, give the school their best and then move on to bigger opportunities. You actually would rather have a coach with the potential to coach at Texas for 3 years than a coach that could never rise above JSU for 20 years. You’d rather be able to attract 4 and 5 star players for 1 or 2 years than only no star players for 4 years

It's hating because you don't have a source where that statistic you're saying over 60% of her rebounds come from her own misses. This guy is a clown it's OK to disagree but to lie is where the problem is coming in at. Caitlin Clark fans would have already giving you those stats and plastered it all over the Internet if that was true. Sounds like the narrative they're trying to push Angel Reese is a beast.
@hottrakz5 ай бұрын
From a basketball standpoint she grabs rebounds, she plays defense, she has good hands on fast breaks able to catch the ball on the run and lay it up, she sets screens and boxes out, she protects the pain, from a basketball standpoint, I don't know what other standpoint to look at it from. Her fundamentals and finishing around the basket needs improvement but to say she's not a good basketball player when she's doing almost everything right from her position makes no sense. Execution don't always have to look pretty. When they said they were not sure about her game and how it would translate then she dropped to 7 in the draft activated her and she has been on a tear every since breaking records that from a basketball standpoint were impressive.
