I have the cat 315c excavator, norscot lowboy tractor combo, trail king lowboy, you presented herpa dump truck which is actually the herpa 5288 26' Gravel trailer. The 160h grader looks kinda flimsy but it's better than the 163h. I would go with diecast masters 12m grader because it's not the cheap plastic like 160h or 163h.

I believe that it has a hydraulic tank. It would be the lines coming from the box on the passenger side going to the hydraulic pump/PTO. On the transmission
