Are your gauges stock? Looks like the GC8 panel gauge. If so how did you mount it?. Rewire or is it straight forward plug and play

Ya know if your going to bypass the fact that 90% of the boots dont fit like you just slip it on and tie it off , then why make the video?

Great promotion and real beauti of Doncaster a connecting town for all UK, North, South, East, and West, most Motor ways go pass Doncaster and best railway link on East Coast line from London to Newcastle and Scotland.

Working with a trolley jack only and no axle stands is downright dangerous. As all hydraulics creep it's just a case of how quickly.

I think I would just mark the track rod and take it off the steering rack. Some new gaiters will not stretch over the ball joint.

That's EJ20K, EJ205 has the coil pack off to the driver's side and it doesn't have that big tube for IACV.

You have a bit of a strange situation there because when you rev the car you can clearly see the charge pipe going to the inlet manifold being sucked inwards through the natural induction on the engine. It shouldn’t do that really if anything it should be forced outwards because of an increase in boost pressure. This could just be down to turbo lag. With out having the car in front of me it would be hard to tell.

That's great! ECU? Turbo size and total prize cost please

Good way to rip a universal boot! Do not attempt this unless your boot is neoprene! Mark the joint, locking nut and rod with a paint pen, measure the distance from locking nut to thread end along paint line, count turns when removing using the paint line as a reference point. Works just as well and will avoid tearing your new bootie!

I was told that it was piston slap and they heat up and it goes away. apparently Subaru made the pistons a certain size that expanded with heat, so you get that noise. mine used to do the same thing.

this is the dumb way of doing it, removing the tie rod end you siply undo the retaining nut, you count the turns it comes off then when you put tie rod end back on same amount of turns, it is that simple, wheel alignments get out of place where the tie rod is bolted on even then it is minimal, the plastic bag thing is the dumbest thing i have ever seen
@PackardDog6 жыл бұрын
Why dumb?
