Great job! I am covering this song next week but playing it in D standard instead of drop D using pitch control on my Quad Cortex.. You really articulated the bass line and groove by boosting it slightly above the track. Thanks. Still not sure how the player in the band is playing it, I thought he uses a 5 string.

@@User.099Thanks man! All I do is boost the mids to probably 65% and cut the treble just a little bit. But my stingray seen in the video does most of the heavy lifting when it comes tone. Can’t duplicate that stingray special tone!

Nice job, young dude. See your college flag there. They came on about 3-4 years after I graduated college and then a little after I got married in the mid-late 90s. I'm impressed. Yeah, I'm old and out of touch they say as I end my 30-year career in meteorology. Before that, I was into rock and metal (thanks to my older brother at age 13 in 1980). About to turn 57, but screw that. Age is just a number and good metal and rock are forever "ageless".

@@cartihendrix53 being 19 in 1999, it was the nickleback of that time. it was just too much on the radio and everywhere, it didnt help that it was always the same three songs either. i used to always say creed suck but 2 weeks ago i decided to join a creed tribute band and im just blown away. they also reunited recently and are on tour.
