Are you sure it's gone? You gave up looking for pretty soon. I would be searching there for days. And days. And days. Would even try to find a way to get into the water. Also, I wouldnt speak again untill I found it. To anyone. I certainly wouldnt be as rational as you about it. Because when something like this happens, few people would react thé way you did. Did you get as a present? Or was it a test model from a company you received for free?

@@BenToogood sure, also GPS rescue can't do anything if you don't activate it in settings. There is no magic rescue button. Not sure if your prop is really broken in this case or you just lost the control. Also if you fly a 3-blade prop the chance is higher you can get out of this situation if you lose 1 blade. Every small setting beside GPS rescue increase the rescue chance of your drone by 2-4% (numbers made by me). But if you add all together you get a 20% higher chance to keep your drone.
