Im a visibly queer, feminist, goth-punk, transhumanist, solarpunk anarcho-communist, buddhist, trans catgirl/nonbinary musician struggling to keep a roof over my head after losing everything and being on the streets. I have no family, my dad was murdered and my mom was run over by a semi, i have no real irl friends because im a refugee here in superior after getting chasrd out of town in iowa, and then again having traumatic experiences in erie pennsylvania and an ex who abused me and threw a knife at me and stole the vast majority of my savings on the way out. (Ik a lesbian now haha.) but i have several acquaintances. i struggle to stay safe in the rural midwest and find a way to get to my girlfriend a thousand miles away. Your book and music is really helping me get through things and keep helping myself and the other strugling people out there! Ive only just started the first couole chapters or so, but I already really, really like it!!! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you so much for doing what you do!!!!! 🖤♥️🧷💀💜🦋🍄☸️🌈♀️✊🪷🎹🌞🌕🎸🔮🌌 Nyamaste!🐱🕉️🙏 ~

Fuckin injustice that they never got to the level they deserve and to the level of all the bands who half-assed their style after being influenced by them!!

I've been looking all over for any online presence of this album! Turn out that all I had to do was misspell the artist's name XD This is seriously good shit tho... not sure how it flew under the radar like that

Up until around the time of this video I think I only missed like 2 or 3 of DISSOLVE's Connecticut shows. I wasn't able to make it to this one but I remember a few friends telling me it was sick. Thanks for posting....now I can see for myself 🤘😝🤘

Same here. First DISSOLVE song I ever heard was WIRE in 1994 and then bought DISMANTLE from "Elevator Music"(small record label & record shop inside the TUNN INN club in New Haven, CT) and instantly fell in love with their sound

A few years ago I found an old copy of Barbara Marx Hubbards book "The Evolutionary Journey" in a little second-hand book shop in Dublin (Ireland) and was quickly fascinated by some of her many ideas. She's obviously read widely of many of our histories great thinkers, and synergises the knowledge with a great individuality and positive strength of character. - I'd also heard Robert Anton Wilson, my personal all-time favourite humourous philosopher, make mention of her ideas. (maybe in his funny mind-altering "Prometheus Rising" or possibly the wonderful "Cosmic Trigger") I've since come to read several of her other works and they've never been less than captivating, and always leave you with plenty to mull over afterwards! I had no notion that I'd find interview footage on YT so this is a nice find! Big Thanks for this, you do a good job of interviewing this fine lady, even at your youthful age I see you have skills in this direction : Nice work, man. :)

Stoked to find this on KZbin. Probably lost the CD 12 years ago, but I used to listen to this all the time. Don't know if you remember, but I booked you for an outdoor show in Amherst, MA back in like 2000 or something. Good times.

Inner space is as vast and infinite as outer space! Evolution of consciousness is going on in real time! We are so fortunate to be alive in this time of incredible technical achievements, but consciousness is a mysterious thing and as soon as you say that is what it is, it ceases to be that!
