Can you imagine being in your bed surrounded by a huge 180 degree screen with 16 hours of video recordings of this event, man this would be some great sleeping ASMR!

I bet winters are brutal there. It's amazing these historical places survived WWII.

We were in the Ship Inn watching the storm in 2008. Amazing. ❤

On a sunny day who needs the Caribbean? However having grown up in far West Wales the noticeable lack of trees tells me a quite different story in winter when the weather comes in off the Atlantic! Seriously harsh but it gives us the magnificent rugged coastline to enjoy in better weather. Quite beautiful and so I think you for this silent walk around the isle with just enough on-screen text to tell us where you are. SUPERB.

Thanks for this amazing walk, seen virtually from inside, St. Just, not for the faint harted and getting that soaked, despite proper rain gear

Awesome footage! No wonder that prom has been wreaked many times over the years. How did you manage to keep lenses dry through all that spay?

It was getting pretty intense when I was at Long Rock this morning and I intended to go down the Promenade this afternoon, but once I'd lit the woodburner, I was too cosy. Haha. Thanks so much for braving the storm to film this so we didn't have to.

That looks intense. Stay safe. I remember driving near the seawall in Porthleven and being scared out of my wits. Great footage! Thank you.

Wow! I didn’t realize this was in colour until I saw the red bus, then your hand, and a green light. Very grey and, as said below, wild. Thank you for braving the ‘storm’ to make this video.

I live in The Hague, the third largest city in The Netherlands. The older I get, the more I long for some peace and quiet. I would love to move to these beautiful islands. If I win a big prize in the Dutch lottery I'm going to chase that dream. Lovely images, very relaxing indeed!
