I'm confused. Didn't u buy a big shed & put it by the barn & then returned it because u couldn't get a septic & well permit for it. That's why u built the cabin because it's only a part time residential. I live in trumbull county in ohio & I talked to zoning & building dept & they told me sheds & shipping containers probably wouldn't get approved. A amazon pre-built home would probably get approved. Because it's like a modular home.

+@paulkelly1809 It was a misunderstanding on my part the previous time when I was asking about the septic rules. I thought the minimum septic capacity he quoted was the minimum size house I had to build. It doesn’t matter the size of the house, the tank and leach field has to be sized for a 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom house. In this county and township I have no codes or inspections on building. Only the septic gets inspected. Just like all the electric I ran to the property. I did all myself, there were no inspections involved, or permits required. I just had to do it to the co-op’s specs. I don’t even have to have a certificate of occupancy out here.

Perhaps you may consider having entry doors on either end of the bathroom. One from the bedroom side and one from the living room side. We had a ranch house that was set up like that and when we sold it, the realtor was impressed by the concept. Good luck guys.

Looking good Joe. I would add some 2xs to any of those unsupported ceiling trusses. Drywall gets heavy and might add sag to the ceiling.

Just a single 1x4 from the truss peak to each midpoint ceiling joist would do the trick. Sagging won't be seen immediately, but over time it will sag w/o this slight enhancement.

Always an interesting conversation. Monitor this by using two computers, two accounts (one can be a no sign-in version of YT). The only pattern I see is the removal of anything "thought provoking", simple and shallow is the way.

Nothing has changed except my comments started being deleted randomly about 3 years ago. I dont understand it either. I've only ever written one negative comment - but that was recent. I got an alert on it, but that comment was on a video I reported for animal cruelty. Strangly the video was allowed to stay up.

I used to walk through this tunnel with my friends after we got out of school. That would be Webster school. All of our parents threatened us within an inch of our lives if we even went near that tunnel. It actually went right under our house at the bottom of Suicide Hill!! Little did our folks know that after we went through the tunnel, we would go swimming at the mouth of wheeling creek and the Ohio River.

@@bingo45373 I think he’s fibbing a little bit. If i remember correctly, you do a 32 hr reset after your 70 hour clock. I don’t believe the 15k either. Possibly, before fuel, lease payment, e-fund, tire fund, taxes and insurance. Alex had a $1400 per week lease payment lol.

+@samsacre Isn’t that crazy? That’s why the channels set up memberships and beg for superchats and such. And KZbin takes 30% of that. If someone does a superchat for me for $100, KZbin takes 30 of it lol. But, I pay taxes on the 100. That’s why I’ve never set up any of that stuff. With the KZbin premium, there are no ads watched, and therefore no ad revenue to share lol. Google ain’t dumb lol

I use a co-op and solar/wood stove. Ive lived and paid county and city prior to where i live and i can tell you my bill is near $100 a month for a large home and that was before this month when i just set up solar. It is astronomically cheaper. I paid thousands and even a million i bet over the years to the government in utility bills on my families properties and i refused to do that in these times anymore. White dude here. About 30 plus years ago the town I lived in was actively looking for 2 more cops. I mentioned that to the one that could have hired me. He told me I wasn't black enough. He used those words. That didn't bother me since I would have had to cut my hair and take a 2 grand cut in pay.
