Hmm, are you trying to pull the correct end out? If you go to 2:28 on the time of the video you'll see that I'm pulling that arm out on the rounded end of that arm. Be sure that's the upper end of the one you're trying to pull. If that doesn't help, how long have you had your paper trimmer and have you ever been able to get it to pull our or is this a new thing? @stampinwithpatricia Thank you for your reply. I've managed to contact support who walked me through it and had me push hard then swing it up a little bit and by golly that did it. My purchase was in March the 1st 2024 I found out from support team. Thank you once again for your response 😘

I love listening to the ocean while sleeping, too! I open my window most nights until it gets about zero degrees. Soothing sound and my apartment is only about 120 feet, maybe, from the ocean. The bay is actually Kotzebue Sound. PatriciaD

About twice a year there MIGHT be fresh produce but truly it's very, very rare. I can have mom send a little bit of fresh produce before it starts freezing here or bring some in my luggage (only carry on once it's too cold) or we just have to eat canned, frozen or freeze dried.
