I LOVE my Mayfair plus. It holds a crazy amount of things. I took only this bag on our last two trips. It was perfect for organizing my docs for the airport and held so much. Plus it was squishy enough to fit into a larger tote as my carryon item. Also with a fun strap for daytime and a gold one for dressier occasions helped me use only one bag for six days of activities.

Great video. My insta feed (and now Facebook) is chock full of adds for PPL and I gotta tell you it’s working on me. I’m glad I watched this video first as I thought I’d go for the larger Mayfair but seeing it on you I think for my first bag it’s too large (even though I like a larger bag). So I think I’ll be going for the regular sized Mayfair. Now my only issue is what colour?!? 😂 Thanks for sharing xx

@ I did watch that unboxing and it’s gorgeous but still larger than I thought. I’ve purchased the Mayfair Croc in Black and I’m so excited for it to arrive. Might even film my own unboxing 😁 I think it will work for what I’ll use it for (weekend outings) and if I love it I may try the larger Mayfair. I do love the grey colour but it’s currently sold out.

Yes! A small regular paperback should fit no problem. A larger paperback like a thick Harry Potter book? Would maybe start to become an issue with your other items. It’s not super wide. Hope that helps!

Hi do you know what the string of numbers at the bottom backside of the white care card booklet mean? Similar looking to Gucci care cards also, is it a style or serial number? There’s a single word typo in my care card which made me concerned despite Poshmark Authentication check passed.

I will share a size comparison of the Mayfair Plus next to the regular City this week! I really like the Mayfair Plus because it has just that little bit of extra room I was needing. The City has “just enough” for me though! Both would be a great first bag! If you don’t carry much extra beyond sunglasses/wallet/lip gloss, a City will work! If you want to carry additional items like makeup for touch ups, passport, tickets for things, etc etc - then get the Mayfair Plus! 😄✨ I’ll try to upload that comparison video by Wednesday or Thursday this week! 💜

Hi! I'm a size XL or 14-16 in clothing typically! You can see me in some different outfits here to get an idea: beingmommywithstyle.com/holiday-looks/ And most of the straps will be just fine, I don't have them adjusted to the longest length and they can be adjusted even more. The only strap that is tight on me is the longer gold large oval chain strap that I can wear cross body, but it is a snugger fit. The leather straps, small gold chain straps with the leather woven in them, and guitar straps you'll be fine with all of those though!

Fashionphile sells fake bags. I bought a Prada galleria tote and it was absolutely a knockoff. It smelled like turpentine and the interior nylon was a cheaply made crunchy nylon. they made me pay to get a certificate from authenticate first, that it's not real (paid for a certified counterfeit) so i did and returned it with the certificate, they turned around and posted to resell the bag.

I love everything about my Mayfair Pom Pom London bag. I took 2 trips this summer with it and my favorite thing was how smooth the zippers are. It was so easy to take my phone and passport out each time I flew. I just ordered a suede one for winter. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the bag.

So…with this comparison, would you recommend still purchasing Pom Pom ones…or go with Amazon? Are the quality of the Pom Pom bags worth the much higher price?

The quality of the Pom Pom bags is better so if you’re looking for an every day bag that you’ll wear continually for months - I would go with the Pom Pom bags. If you want to switch between bags to match outfits or for different looks - the Amazon versions are definitely adequate! The thing on them that is lower quality is the zippers, so if you want something to wear every day indefinitely for years - the Pom Pom bag will likely give you more continuous wear! Hope that helps! 💜
