Octopus are not rare in Washington. Especially in the sound. You can keep them at any dock. Including Les Davis, Dashpoint, Redondo, Des Moines, seacrest, Edmonds.

Gotta slow down Bro, your going to fast, you need Ultra lite gear, and a small weight about a foot above the lure. I use them with 1/32 to 1/16 road runner heads works well just go slow. :]

So if you had removed those bands of muscle before boiling it you could have flowered or breaded those little bands of muscle and quick fried them and it would’ve been a little bit like calamari, and then you could’ve cooked the outside a different way and served it as a dish, a two for one dinner!

Next time before you fry, Try putting it into fish batter and let that fry until golden brown. I am sure you will love it. Add Beer to the batter.

Man this whole time i was kicking at this sea cucumber when the beach was in low tide was scared to even touch it and i would tell my son to stay away from it! I thought they were venomous sea creatures ! 😂 now i gotta try some!

My wife wouldn’t let me bring them home she say it’s poisonous lmao i told her its sea cucumber but she doesn’t know anything about it judging it by how creepy it looks she automatically assume its not safe to eat

I went here last night, hooked a fish within 5 seconds of casting on first cast. After that, I got snagged 4 times, lost $15 worth or weights and hook, and broke my rod. It's nice, but there's a lot of stuff in the water to get snagged on.
