When a human wants to own an animal they should have to take a course on ownership and pass a test with a passing mark of 85% or higher. With this passing mark they can apply for a license for a single animal. Each animal will have to come with its own license. Each animals ownership license has to be renewed every five years. Written exam applies to each license every five years. There would be a lot less people taking baby animals from the wild. A wild animal would have to have a special license added to the regular license showing you are working with wild life experts on the possible release into the wild. Where the wild animal can live of its own free will and it’s freedom to make choices for its self. Wouldn’t that be awesome❣️
