These Candy Bars remind me of Baby Ruth Bars, they are very delicious, however my taste has changed' a bit, ( I still like' them ) but for now I enjoy the Peanut Bars drizzelt in Caramel without the Chocolate. very much 😋😋😋❤️

What is the water, sugar, and invert sugar ratio? Finally, since chocolate melts easily, do you cool the solution to room temperature, or would that harden the solution before you added it?

I totally flopped this because I couldn't get the measurements right. Maybe I need a better scale but mine just couldn’t go to as low as 1.8gram and seemed inconsistent with everything else. Does anyone have this in ml or cups
