I do fish with it and have caught a lot of fish on it. I just haven’t used it on the Shenandoah. I need to start using it more. I have fished that spot before and had to luck. I have fished multiple spots above Millville dam and can’t catch anything. I go below and catch them all over.

@@DoubleDFishingAdventures cool man that must’ve been a great surprise to catch some Smallies there without expecting it. The design is pretty good. Just to add my two cents maybe it would be cool if with the other as holding the rod. Nice! Good to see you headed upstream instead of down. Since you are now officially my adopted son (lol), I would also recommend that you use a head strap instead of a chest mount. We should get out there this season. I'm itching to hit the South Fork. My email is in my channel description.

@BarryP3 ай бұрын
Hey bud! Subbed! Gotta hate it when a Sunny gets lockjaw from a treble. LOL In addition to the settings that I recommended to you on my channel, I'd recommend that you get The Remote. It will stop you from needing to bang on the cam to turn it on. I think they run around $70. Just velcro it to your deck so the cam doesn't hear button presses and finger fiddling. While minor, it's a game changer.

Awesome! Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! Yea it’s a pain with their tiny mouths. I will check that out. I didn’t know that even existed lol. That will make things a lot easier. That’s the only thing that I hate about pre record is having to hit the button.

@@DoubleDFishingAdventures You could use voice command. The problem with that is that your audience will hear you say "GoPro start recording" after every hookset. Whatever you do, stay away from the aftermarket remotes (there are several). The battery lasts A LOT longer in the GoPro's OEM Remote. I usually don't have to charge mine for weeks. With the aftermarket remotes, you'd be lucky to get through a day with any of them. They are all garbage.
