@@nopenope5042 Mr. Free wears mechanics gloves as Dog walking gloves and they might be a bit overkill but... He wears them as ritual and has only forget to wear them once or twice so far. It is thus so that we're never without them when we need them, because we do sometimes go to extreme places where hand protection is a must, or need to handle the dog when he runs rowdy, let alone the need for protection if we encounter somebody else's rowdy dogs. So we poo poo your comment, (but you're not getting a thumbs down from us) the gloves _are_ certainly deemed a necessity, but we forgive you because you obviously haven't watched enough of our recordings. We also thank you for provoking the discussion. The same goes for all the other equipment that has become a mainstay of these recordings. The chest harness for the camera, the water bladder back pack, these are considered necessity for the act of making these recordings. On that note, nothing much will change from your POV but we've recently ordered some upgrade equipment and are awaiting delivery as we speak. So we're taking it even more seriously, and making the gearing up process easier. That's the evolution at work! We're going to get the insta 360° camera and an aerial camera involved in the future, just you watch.

@@joshuamann2171 thanks for noticing. Yes every recording we keep Quigley with the tether for safety. We only recently graduated to long line so he can have more freedom. We have to make sure he is supervised, his recall isn't the greatest and he might gobble up poisons, or super friendly react to other dogs. It helps to keep him in the recordings too, as we are sure he would roam way off camera if we let him, but he's supposed to stick around and be the star ✨ of the show 😁

@@theadventuresofquigleywoggles You should look into a Dogtra tracker. I was in a panic every time my 2 boys got out of sight. The collars have a 9 mile range and you don't have to pay for a service. I think I spent around $660 for a Dogtra Pathfinder SE Training & GPS and an extra collar. They are capable of electrocution for "training" but I took those out and threw them away. They also beep so when I called them I would push the tone button on my phone and now I do not have to call them, I just push the tone and they know to come when their collars beep. The only time I ever have to put them on leash is when I take them into Walmart or town. I live in the country. My boys are cage and leash free. They don't even have a yard to define where they can go. Just free roaming. And I feed them meat, never dog food and I socialize them as much as I can.

I would keep your dog on leash the whole time. I don't know your dog so it worries me. And even if my dogs are on leash and are the aggressors, you still cannot control them. Also, my mother is a veterinarian. She hears about dogs that attack wild animals or run after an animal and get hurt or lost. Its just best for everybody.

​@@itsnotabanana2524 My 2 boys are litter mates/brothers, one is half pit half Great Dane and the other is half pit and half Chocolate Lab. They both weigh just over 80 lbs. They are 4 years old and they are never fenced or leached. They chase coyotes away from my cows and three of my neighbors properties to protect their livestock. They are cat, cow, pig, chicken, sheep, goat and racoon friendly. They eat a robust raw meat diet and sometimes hunt their own food. They LOVE rabbit and deer and regularly catch both. twice a week I follow them down a dirt road while they run. They will run for 7 miles at around 15 to 20 mph the whole way. When I take them hiking they sometimes run off to chase a deer but with my trackers I know exactly where they are and they find me on the trail later because they can track just fine. When they read a dog as being aggressive they stand by me and wait for the aggressive dog to be walked away by their "owner" My boys go everywhere I go, work, the store, home and on every adventure except when I fly because the pressure change and noise is bad for them. We are a pack. 99.9% of people who have dogs consider them to be their property, cage them, leash them, don't socialize them and feed them crap. My vet loves my dogs and is amazed at how well behaved they are. I never trained them to do anything. It is just how they are. But when someone treats a dog like a slave or property and always restricted in movement, they will act the way you described when freed and inexperienced.
