Hi Aastha, i was curious to know something. Every time I listen to these videos, even if they are just 10-12 mins, midway my eyes close and I go to sleep. And I have to rewatch them from start. It has happned far too many times for me to just associate it as being a nap. Somewhere I feel the energies are being taken in at a deeper level or the spiritual work within makes me exhausted. Any light on this?

On Mooji satsangs, he often spoke on this as many people had this complaint. The way Mooji explains it is that it is the ego's resistance to you waking up. Your ego doesn't go down without a fight. It's fascinating when you start to hold just enough awareness to catch it as it happens! I can confirm it is true from my own experience. Osho too , I think has spoken on this, but Mooji was often asked.

Thanks for your guidance. Its been 1 year since you posted this reading about surrendering... just for me to gauge how long can it take even if we are consciously doing the inner work and purpose.. for union to come together.. I know this question will be categorized ignorant... but I am just curious about if we can get some rough idea on duration of this separation (inspite of innerwork) .. can it take 50 years also?
