No, if anything the mythos of Wakanda draws on deep human relationships with materials science and metallurgy from over the millennia - I can, however, understand how some viewers would draw this modern comparison. This story is meant to draw most on the story of Atlantis

I have a theory the admin building was reconstructed as the Baha’i temple just north of Chicago on lake. The dome is extremely similar tho design is a bit different
