Just so you know, carnivore diet does not contain avocado. It only contains animal products + salt and pepper in moderation. If you eat non animal products which are low in carbs you are doing a keto diet. I personally dont eat like this, but I just eat only whole foods but cant have nightshades, or legumes. It started for me bc I had a lot of inflammation which caused severe joint pain. Did the AIP elimination and feel amazing ever since.

Weighted hoops can injure you, be careful! Better to use a dance hoop

You are not going to get lopsided waist, but different direction is a good exercise, also do not use weighted hoops, in time you can exercise you whole body if you use a dance hoop
