Hello, I subscribed man! I haven't been to Florida since 2016! A lot has changed demographically man, and economically wise. Covid, the riots, A lot of business fell apart. The hotel I stayed at, was called Top of the Gulf, and fun times back then. I heard A LOT has changed in Florida, which has become more expensive to live in. I read an article on the owner, he was in Ukraine when the Russians invaded, and then the war started he even had to flee, to a different country. He probably declared bankruptcy too? And also man, I have a Magnet fishing channel it's a fun hobby, with a lot of finds, with a strong magnet. And the United States has changed a lot man, in 8 years! And Club La Vela fell like Rome, it had a "golden age," then fell. I miss the older days, it was never this high, even in Gatlinburg TN. Hopefully, inflation will get better in the future? I find it interesting, how Club La Vela was the biggest club in the U.S.
