Been listening to this for a few years since I heard it on Indie Folk Central. But I swear I heard this instrumental on a commercial recently but can't recall what commercial it was... May have been during the Olympics?

2:15 should be made into another song with that chorus with a similar feel to the rest of the song because half of the song is slow but from 2:15 can be a charts song! Amazing song anyway

This song has put a place in my heart (and my playlist for sure haha). No seriously, at one point I almost cried when i played this song in the middle of riding my motorbike and having little to no concentration on my way to college that I almost ran into a car in front of me because it reminded me of my mom's affection to me that it just felt like the ocean breeze. Btw the bike was my mom's last gift to me before the delta variant of covid struck my family and we were tested positive. To be honest, I did kinda felt like God wasn't being fair until I heard a lot of stories of her reminiscing within the students she once taught at her school and the community at our church, being how much of a big impact from being a "salt and light" she was, so then I understand that it was actually time for her to "go home". Glad I did stumble upon this song as it is still my peacemaker till this very second. So far, we're doing well (sort of, my dad has been depressed and I'm now his talking buddy) and it's been almost more than a year and there's not a day goes without remembering her. Well, that's my story telling for now. God bless you, Austin.
