जूनागढ़ से सोमनाथ के बिच कुछ ब्लॉक है. तालाला, मालिया, सासन. वहां ये सीदी कम्युनिटी रहती है. मूल अफ़्रीकी है पर किसी को गुजराती, हिंदी के इलावा कोई भाषा नहीं आती. दो थियरी है की ये लोग आये कैसे होंगे. ये कहने को इस्लाम है पर इनके रीती रीवाज़ और बाकी सब इस्लाम से मेल नहीं खाता. इसलिए कहा जाता की जूनागढ़ का नवाब इन्हे अफ्रीका से गुलाम के तौर पर लाया करता था. उनके यहाँ रहने से ये इस्लाम नाम रखने लगे थे. दूसरी थियरी है की समुद्र रास्ते आते जाते अफ़्रीकी कबिले हमेशा गुजरात आते कंफ्यूज होते थे और गुजरात को अफ्रीका का समझ यही जहाज उतार देते थे. एक समान लगने की बड़ी वजह गुजरात के शेर और सूखा जंगल.
