II's Investors like you guys that hurt buyer like Us, My husband and I had a deposit down in Tressor by Lennar for the Andora Plan for $1.050.00 and then all of a sudden when we were going to close Lennar backed out because they sent me an email to sign and I was flying and I don't check my emails everyday when I''m flying plus I'm not buying the home my husband is so they should of sent the email to him and I find out a Investor bought it out from under us cash, I contacted a Attorney to see what our rights are and now I see you guys taking advantage of home buyers and asking $2.4 Million Dollars for that home? My husband is a Commercial Airline Pilot and I am a Flight Attendant for a Major Airline so we make pretty good money and had a Pre Qualified Mortgage Letter, There should be a law for Price Gauging, It's Not Fair, you probably got that home for $1.400.00 and then $110K for the pool,

wow - I am sorry to hear that! What an awful situation... these homes did appreciate fast as did a lot of the new home communities in the Summerlin area - not sure if you are still considering a home purchase but with rates coming down there is definitely better affordability - I was just a Richmond American today and they are offering 2.99% the first year and 4.99% for the life of the loan - they also have standing inventory at many of their communities. You can email me if you'd like more info on what is currently available at other builders. Would help make sure that situation does not happen for you again!
