Maybe it is. That would be the proof that a masterpiece in the wrong hands is nothing. I have to laugh when i imagine that you played for hours, filming yourself and this is the most impressing you created. And know i am asking myself how you are able go value if something is a masterpiece? I would say you just think it has to because of the hype but don't even know yourself. How could you?

Well, that’s not much of a question lol Look, I had it on for like five minutes and recorded exactly that amount of time. Then my dog got sick, went to the hospital, ended up with big vet bill so I returned the Muse (for now). Annnnnd I’ve been using synths for 22 years and have owned countless. I’m not some genius musician, no one is paying me to make videos. It’s a huge passion of mine. You can laugh all you want, but this is a 60 second short video on YT. I’m sure it took you way longer to write this comment than it took to film lol At the end of the day, I am glad you watched and took the time to comment!

I’m really, really thinking about getting one of these. A friend had one ages ago and I just became obsessed with it. Could you talk a bit more about how you use it? Did you buy a voltage converter?

@@holzfallen no need for voltage converter. It’s a regular 12V power supply. I find the Tenori On is amazing at creating simple beats and melodies in an easy to understand fashion. Then I put the output through pedals and fx. It’s awesome and underrated :)

@@tommy2nes i don't fetish it but I appreciate the thoughtful process did with this simple toy and in its simplicity they manage to solve issues smartly. If you cannot appreciate it, is fine, as well. We all like and appreciate things we pay attention to. Other than that, that won't make me pay such overpriced sum of money. I'm not that dumb lol 😂

can the pads act like a drum machine? meaning can i have a single sample kit on all 16 pads and hit the pads? or is this device more of a playback unit and you just tweak knobs and hit the pads for effect?

The TX-6 is the best piece of gear ever and way more than a mixer. I normally don’t care/respond to comments like this, but there’s nothing that compares to it. It’s absolutely incredible.

Haters don't understand. The world doesn't need any more low-quality junk products. People say "oh that could be made in china and sell for 30 bucks", or "this is just going to sit on a shelf". Yes, it is made for display. It is a quality item displaying some interesting physics. It stimulates the mind. It wont fall apart, it will last a long time (will become a very cool antique one day), and it's hard to combine art and engineering into one thing like this
