The most interesting part of the house is the slight curve from the wall to the ceiling. The rest of the house looks so boring.

Nice house over all I think but whoever your builder is you need to call them back to this one and have them to remove those three trees on the property. They will be nothing but a problem for the buyer and that's the last thing you should want is for your buyer to call you up in a year and chew you out about the trees. Look at your video at the beginning as proof. The driveway if full of debris from that ridiculous pine tree and it will be that way all the time.

This home did not flood, there are certain neighborhoods that flood because they are located in a flood zone/flood plain and I always do my due diligence by letting my clients know what they’re getting into when looking at homes in a flood zone. Most of the time homes in a flood zone are cheaper in price but in the case that it does flood you will more than likely regret purchasing the home because of the headache that comes with your home being flooded.

Thank you, I was considering Conroe up until last week. Truth is I don’t k who the area and it never occurred that flooding could take place on this side of Houston. Thanks for the response… this entire area (Houston and surrounding suburbs) is an absolute no for me.

Conroe is a really great area and I would say 90% of Conroe doesn’t flood and like i mentioned I can let you know which areas do flood so we can stay away from those. @@Ra_Qnew subdivision have retention ponds being made to store excess water etc. of concern is also trees. They are absolutely beautiful but when they fall in your house, it’s a disaster. That’s the one thing about the Woodlands. They want you to keep the trees and I’m a plant person and I love the trees, but those huge trees when they fall on your house is no Bueno. I’m sorry I want all the trees down and I’ll start from scratch. I’ll keep them pruned so they don’t touch my roof line and if they do fall, they would not hurt my house.
