I'm not sure if this is the answer you want, but below are the steps I am using. 1. switch-in 0:37 2. use Blue Orb (3-ping) then Tidal Orb 0:38 3. use 1st Ult (Lamia switches into Darktide Form) 0:40 4. use Blue or Red Orb (3-ping) 3 times then Tidal Orb 0:42 5. use Basic Attack (hold) 0:45 6. use 2nd Ult 0:47 When increasing the rotation speed, - #4, it's better to cancel by Dodge when Red Orb. - #5, you can also skip it depending on the situation. I don't know the English words used in PGR, so it may be difficult to understand...

I don't know if this usage is the best, but after watching a few videos it seems to be used in a similar way. Please try after the update and find the best usage depending on your Lamia's rank and game mode (war zone, pain cage, ...).
