Hi There, this is not a mode you can access manually. You can only access the high heat mode through a guided recipe.

Hi Rhonda, this will depend on the amount of water and the temperature of the water prior to using this mode. Generally though, it takes around 5 minutes for 500g of water.

Hi Fanny, your meater is still a fantastic product and can be used as per it's instructions. The Sensor was created to also work with baking and it can be accessed on the screen of your TM6.

This looks like a great recipe and I'm very keen to try it! Is it safe to cook the rice below the chicken as per this video? The video states to remove the rice while the chicken and vegetables finish cooking. This seems to indicate that there will be partially cooked chicken sitting above the rice at the time the rice is removed. Thanks in advance.

It is better to be decorated the day of your event for best results, however it can be done the day before but does risk a little seeping of the berries to occur.
