Fun fact: Asians do not have curly hair. They steam process the hair to make it curly. Double drawn and super double drawn hair has 3 or more donors and has fillers. Only purchase single donor if you want true raw hair.

Thanks for sharing that insight! You’re absolutely right-many types of Asian hair are steam-processed to create curls. However, raw sea hair, like the loose wave I mentioned in my video, is naturally wavy due to the climate and characteristics of hair from that region, so it doesn’t require artificial processing. Regarding double-drawn and super double-drawn hair, it’s true that some vendors add fillers or use multiple donors to achieve fullness. This is one reason I’m very selective with my vendors; I believe mine don’t use fillers and maintain high standards. For single-donor hair, it’s true but single donor bundles typically isn’t enough for a full wig. Multiple single-donor bundles are often combined, but that can affect uniformity in texture, length, and color. It’s always a good idea to confirm these details with your vendor to show them you know what to look for and value quality!
