I cant believe its been over 10 years. This was the first gig I ever went to as a 17 year old kid. We lined up from 12pm to get into the 2nd row in the mosh pit and refused to budge. I was just getting into heavy metal, as I listened to hip hop my entire life prior. This line up in hindsight, was something special. 3 of the heavyweights of their respective genres. Tim Lambesis before he went to prison. Matt before he lost his voice. David before Disturbed went to shit. Energy of the crowd was unbelievable. I tore my throat open and went home spitting blood. Tim Lambesis threw his water bottle at my head (by accident). I can say, 10 years later, probably another 15+ gigs later - this night was still one of the best ive ever witnessed, energy still unmatched. Thanks for keeping this online 😁 The setlist is interesting, obviously In Waves is 4 months from being released but they only played 2 songs from Shogun. Maybe had something to do with Nick learning the songs after Travis left.
