Numero uno on my list of movies that, for me, warrant repeated viewings. I've seen it more times than I could possibly say, yet I'm 100% confident that each of those times it was as fresh as the first time. I was really enjoying your enthusiasm and repeating of the dialogue...I know it all--start to finish. But you killed my buzz with snide comments about Streisand, so I had to end it after 15 minutes in. I've had my quota of negativity and mean-spirited behavior. I know you don't give a rat's ass what I think, so no need to confirm that. I leave disappointed.

Yeah sorry, That’s my twerp brother he likes to be more “edgy”, can’t control the knuckle head. I try my best to edit the mean stuff but I never know what’ll offend people anymore. That’s crazy you mentioned it because I seriously had the same thought while recording & I tried to pivot the conversation because I didn’t like my brother talking so shallow about her looks but now I know I probably should’ve just cut it out. but I’m glad you love the movie, always love hearing from a fellow movie lover & we always appreciate the feedback, I make highlight videos for our podcast and I do my best to cut out any mean comments so I’ll let you know when I make one for What’s up doc, I think it’s wonderful that you’re looking for less negativity, totally agree there’s way too much of it in the world, I’m sorry we couldn’t be that for you

@@FutroHiddenMovieGems Wow. What an honorable reply. Honestly, you have restored my faith (a little bit anyway--and every bit counts) and made my day. It sucks when we’re so used to people being shitty that we are stunned when someone is kind or has manners. I’m really laid back and not a prude or anything, but dang, I don’t even watch the news anymore cuz it drags me down and your enjoyment of my favorite movie was providing a bit of respite until... I was bummed out. Now, not so much. ☺ By the way, I don’t have any sisters, but have four knucklehead brothers myself, so I totally get it. Of course, one of those four is my twin so naturally his knucklehead quotient is way down. 😇 Be well. And thanks again for such a great reply.

Google search will tell you number of people killed were 350 but its not true. Brirtish officials suppressed the actual figures. Internet is just puppet of the west when it comes to history. INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS estimated, Real death toll was between 1000-1500. Edit-- I expected much better review, majority of time you talked about other movies while talking about sardar udham. Why can't you talk about movie without a reference to 50 other movies. THIS IS LAST COMMENT.

Well I'd say that flaw is that the whole Spider-Man planet devalues the character of Spider-Man. To a good extent that first movie already did that. It's like the Rick planet in Rick-and-Morty, except they don't emphasize the meaning issue this brings with it. And Like in Rick-and-Morty, they try to make up a "not-special-but-special" cope, with Miles being "non-canon", etc., but I don't think that saves it.
@FutroHiddenMovieGems Жыл бұрын
Yeah, seems like they’re saving that spider planets issue for the 3rd film, it definitely felt like only half a story, it’s hard to judge a film when it debatably doesn’t work on its own, we go back and forth on how we felt about it ending so abruptly, thanks for your insights

To clarify, this is a Tollywood movie. In India we have many industries like Bollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood, Mollywood and many more. We have 100's of languages and major languages have their own industries. Second, just because he is Muslim doesn't mean he is Pakistani. India has many Muslim people. Moreover, in 1920, there is nothing like Pakisthan

Good that you enjoyed, but... African song...? Pakistani...?? And ofc... Thinking it's Bollywood... So so many misconceptions... Within the first 5 min India have many languages and each language have Their own film industry. This belongs to The Telugu film industry and has been dubbed into other 4 languages. All Muslims are not Pakistani. FYI India has the 3rd largest Muslim population in the world. And the concept of Pakistan didn't exist in 1920 when the movie was set in. India has so many languages and dialects... And along side India also has many forms of arts in each region.. whether classical arts or folk arts of multiple disciplines. So all the different kind of music you've heard is the reflection of that. Finally, the purpose of the songs and their lyrics will be lost in translation.. as it's a poetic renditon of what the characters are going through which reflects their inner world as well as making the audience feel a certain way when they hear the specific rhythm of arrangement of the lyrics, and the melody of the song as well as it's meaning.
