@mitesh - In Scenario one ,is step 3 needed? why ESB need to call salesforce to get account details. As we already publishing platform events and ESB can subscribe and pass that data to SAP directly. Can you please help to understand more, Thanks for this content. Very helpful

@priya narayan, to your question on the Live chat Question: how to create a similar new case in amazon cti? is it possible to display the list of case numbers based on the user mobile number or email id? if yes, by which einstein feature? Response: - I am not sure about the Amazon CTI as I haven't had a chance to work on it yet. However, based on my past experience with other CTIs there will be an API which we can invoke via Apex/Flow from the bot builder or As the Amazon CTI adapter is a managed pkg in Salesforce there might be an easier approach than this. - Yes, It is possible to retrieve and display the list of Cases based on any information on the Contact. You Can see the implementation using the Email address in this video.

Hey What does this mean? "Maximum number of concurrent CometD clients (subscribers) across all channels and for all event types (2000 for Performance and Unlimited Editions)". Does it mean that all users can only subscribe 2000 Platform Events or Does it mean that if your org has 10 Users then 1 User can subscribe at most 2000 Platform Events which equivalates to 10*2000 = 20000 Subscription. One more question, let say If one User has opened 10 browser tabs, Does it mean that subscriber now decreased to 1990 (2000-10) or it will be count as 1 Client means (2000-1) because Salesforce doc says "The empApi Lightning component uses CometD and consumes the concurrent client allocation like any other CometD client. Each logged-in user using empApi counts as one concurrent client.
