Does it mean that all users can only subscribe 2000 Platform Events or Does it mean that if your org has 10 Users then 1 User can subscribe at most 2000 Platform Events which equivalates to 10*2000 = 20000 Subscription. One more question, let say If one User has opened 10 browser tabs, Does it mean that subscriber now decreased to 1990 (2000-10) or it will be count as 1 Client means (2000-1) because Salesforce doc says "The empApi Lightning component uses CometD and consumes the concurrent client allocation like any other CometD client. Each logged-in user using empApi counts as one concurrent client.
