@robertmruczek7587 Oh definitely, there’s about 3 seconds to save on the final hill from the WR (since that was the major time loss in the WR). The main split I’m looking at is a 1’35 or better getting off the highway and about a 1’56 or better getting out of the downtown since that’s where the WR really made up the time. I’ve been slumping a bit after this run but knowing that I’ve made these splits before is a little comforting. Just need the physics to comply 🫠

@@NapsCanFly this maybe of use. Decades back when I was TG Chief Referee I witnessed JC Padilla playing in arcade sit-down pass the baseball stadium at the 1:08 mark. That much I know is possible. I think in this run you were at maybe 1:11-1:12 so that's another 3-4 seconds possible to shave off. So I have every reason to believe that you will eventually shatter the 2:30 threshold. @@robertmruczek7587I think the bike is the same for all characters. It seems to be the same dimensions and handling. I use it now cause the added handling and speed adds more potential to the run (at the expense of less weight for collisions). The cabs have different dimensions and stats but recent studies show it may not be as much as we originally thought. A lot of the game still needs a full deep dive. I use BD Joe here cause it’s usually Gus or Gena getting all the records and I want to change things up 😂

I’ve actually never played CT3. I may look into getting it on PC since I think that’s the only way I can play that. There’s still a good chunk of stuff I want to do in CT1 tho

@@NapsCanFly literally nothing legendary i spend ~4 hours to get this WR but it's possible to sub 2"30 and this will be legendary but i don't have motivation to beat myself and don't understand why top Crazy Taxi players who can get 150k+ in arcade don't play this time attack

@vilomaxus2463 yeah I kind of wish Crazy Attack was more popular. I feel like it’s one of the better speed-run categories in CT. I’m not the best either, my PB in arcade is just barely above 100k (got it last September). But I’ll definitely keep trying tho, I didn’t even have a sub 2’50 about a month ago. I’m hoping to get sub 2’40 soon and then see what happens from there. I’ll keep up the grind :)
