I've dove that reef a few times. I know the monument well but never knew its history. I also agree on that house on Saddlebunch Key. It is at least $300,000 overpriced.

That house on Margaret Street but it's too close to El Siboney. I love El Siboney but it will cause a lot of traffic, noise, parking shortages and the smell would get old. I lived right next to a great Italian Restaurant in Chicago and loved it for a month but after a few months the smell became nauseating.

The Casa Marina Area has always been my favorite. We lived at Flagler Court and easily fit both cars under the building.

I own a condo in Flagler Court that I bought as Affordable Housing. I paid $135,000 for it and am loving the prices now.
