covering the place up with potted plants smells of photo shoot & does not represent any kitchen that I will be working in on the home spun side of things!!!

Open shelving OK you got to have that, but to me enclosed cabinetry just gives your stuff a place to hide from you & I neither need nor want that!!! Shallow drawers great/good, but the deep drawers that you have to half empty to find your stuff, they got to go!!! Pots & pans can hang down as long as the don't interfere with the lighting, & that is it for me!!! Put your stuff where it makes you happy & is not out of sight & out of mind!!! I am a man cave guy & I don't care about the latest look being pushed by BH&G or Southern Living or magazine view to sway the ladies of the house on what it should look like if you want to be happy!!!
