We all must double respect each other and listen and use good language and keep out of trouble. To become decent and healthy people that others can look up to. It's simple as that really and it's the rule.

Cool video. Now I know just this much more about respect in the workplace. With this information I am better prepared to behave more respectfully in my places of work and in doing so improve my employee performance and stay out of trouble.

Gary Alexander 1. Sexual Harassment- Lead to a lawsuit, and disengage workforce. 2. Shutting Down Others Ideas- The employee will feel unwanted at the job. 3. Put-Downs- The employee will not care how the job gets done. 4. Disagree- Be professional and respect other's ideas.

Great Video. Sadly a lot of companies turn a blind eye to such situations in their particular workplaces.

Great content, but zero diversity in the 'people' shown.

Thank you so much for your feedback Ann. We take pride in our diversity in all of our courses. While some may have less than others, we have a huge variety of all diversity on our videos overall across the board. We will absolutely take all feedback into consideration and ensure we are maintaining our diversity in all courses! Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you again!

@@language-n-learning Pretty sure that's exactly what they're referring to. Also not sure why they put 'people' in quotations...
