I found with therapy and meds (adderall worked for me) it has 100% helped. However.... the side effects can be intense, so don't try any stimulants unless you truly need them. 35 club 🎉😏😋 I turned 35 in December but girl come on this is our year okkkaaayyy! 😘 PS. Tip on the crunch wraps my husband literally just made these this week! 🤤 and there was lots of leftover so a good meal prep. Ok so there are bigger tortillas, the burritos ones! Same brand. Also for the crunchy layer use tostadas they are already round and fit perfectly inside the burrito tortilla!! So it won’t fall apart when you flip. The chips made it unstable 😘😘
