How I met my husband: I have been on and off online dating but kept dating toxic men. Until I did the internal work on myself and stuck to those boundaries/ stopped dating boys who were emotionally unavailable or didn’t offer what I was looking for, was when I met my husband on bumble. We have been together for 4 years now and we align on so many levels. For your foot you should try acupuncture and red light therapy. I totally messed up both patellar tendons a couple years ago and nothing was working I even tried PT and it made it worse. I bought a red light therapy pad from novaa lab and used it everyday for 20 minutes in conjunction with acupuncture and it is 99% better. If I do tweak it I just use the red light therapy for a day or two and it’s back to normal.
