its when the attacker hops about on one leg that you know its not real....no one waits for the next attack like that unless pre arranged as in Aikiido.......and if they stopped all the bowing and kneeling get twice as much done...no other Japanese shows so much reverence...get on with it...even the oldest school in Japan not so tied up with the formalities

very much useful and precious, but don't understand what sensei speak. it should have English subtitles. I understand only awase, hitoemi, hanmi and turn hip properly. thanks for sharing
