@@bazhinovao thank you. I have a 6 year old, and now I’m due in October. I don’t plan on taking her anywhere really, we do have a trip to Disney when she’s about 4 months But you think the small one would still be okay? Again that’s the only long trip she will go on. She will always be home with me.

Congratulations on your second little one!🥹🫶🏽 if it’s just a day trip then I think the small one would work just fine, but also depends on how much stuff you like to pack 🙈 a couple outfits, diapers, wipes, and a few snacks would for sure fit in the small bag🩷

I'm doing basically the exact same thing! I have been trying keto and fasting like .. 6 years now.... So, I lost 20 lbs with fasting, then my weight stalled. So, then, for the past 7 months I've been experimenting with different styles of fasting... only to develop worsening hypo thyroid symptoms... ( cold hands, fatigue, weight gain on low calories, brain fog, lack of sweating, missing eyebrow hair...etc) Now, I'm pretty good with diet already because I do mostly Weston A Price style eating. However, I was trying to do a low carb/Weston A Price/intermittent fasting thing... I'm now going to implement more pro metabolic ideas by doing pretty much exactly what you're doing. I finally get it now, it's about loving and supporting your body instead of punishment and restriction!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

@jamieo15922 жыл бұрын
What do you think it would turn out like, if you used all the 050 with the T14? Cause I'm thinking about using it all, but a bit nervous. I don't want it to go warm. And...I was gonna use 10 volume as well, because 20 would lift my dark brown roots a bit and make em orange. I'm wondering if the toner would be strong enough to tone the lifted roots... I've experimented with my hair for years and years, but can't remember much of what all worked. I DO recall T14 being cooler and helping make my hair a cool gray.... but I thought hair went warmer with the 050.... I'm confused now on what I should do... as in using the whole 050, and which developer to use.

@bazhinovao2 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Yes I do believe this one is Demi permanent, they don’t really last all that long depending on the shampoo you use and how often you wash your hair. You can try a purple shampoo to keep the hair brighter for longer!

But what about the ethical questions? I mean, I feel like eating animal products is NOT RIGHT! After all, you first have to kill the animal in order to eat it! On the other hand, there are SO MANY health advisers who say that intermittent fasting is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR HEALTH! What would you say about this? Thank you.
@bazhinovao2 жыл бұрын
I’d recommend reading Romans 14 in the Bible if you are a believer. It’s a controversial topic but my stance on it is that God created certain animals for us humans. It’s become very unethical how animals are treated and meat is mass-produced but that’s why I do believe in quality over quantity. Sourcing is important for that reason. I don’t believe in animal torture and unethical practices. There really is no bloodless diet though because even when people plant vegetables they usually wipe out animal habitats. It’s all a chain reaction and someone has to give something up in order to create space for something else. Even in the animal kingdom animals eat other animals and so forth. On the topic of intermittent fasting, as someone who has done it I don’t personally think it’s good for women. Most of the studies are conducted on men and therefore the female hormones are not considered. I ended up losing my cycle because my body was under so much stress. Like I said before what works for one might not work for another but I’d advise against it. Going for extended periods of time without food doesn’t do anything good for the liver and adrenal glands. If you have Instagram I’d suggest you look into noellekovary story highlights for more information on fasting. 💛💛💛

@@bazhinovao Thank you for sharing your experience! My problem is that I just can’t eat enough within only 8 or even 9 hours, since I usually need at least 10-11 hours for my eating window. On the other hand, I sometimes feel like I don’t know what one can actually eat at all, since every “health” expert says something else. Basically: NO GRAINS, NO OILS, NO DIARY, NO… SO WHAT? Sorry, that’s just like I feel… Thanks again for your videos!
@bazhinovao2 жыл бұрын
@@Anna-mc3ll you’re absolutely right. There is way too much “don’t eat this and don’t eat that” out there. One thing I found helpful is trying to incorporate more Whole Foods, less processed foods, but also striving not to cut out anything completely because that’s where the problems and restriction happen. It’s not easy for sure there’s a lot of people who claim to know it all and truly no one does. Also another tip is just focusing on eating foods that’s feel good for you, whatever that may be 🥰 thank you for watching by the way, Means the world 💗🥰

Thank you for sharing this advice. However, I feel that there is SUCH A HUGE PRESSURE FROM ALL HEALTH COACHES AND MEDICAL DOCTORS to EXERCISE MORE, MOVE MORE, EAT LESS, DO INTERMITTENT FASTING (!!!) and even COUNTING THE STEPS you make during the day! So that even “just” walking becomes a sort of race or a mad competition… Do you count your steps or how many miles/kilometers you walk or jog every day? I would honestly appreciate your comments on this. Many thanks!
@bazhinovao2 жыл бұрын
Yes I couldn’t agree more! There is so much pressure to move more and do more and push ourselves but I don’t necessarily think that’s healthy for everyone! And can actually lead to more health problems down the road. I believe more in intentional movement rather than excessive movement. I personally don’t count steps but I enjoy time in nature which means frequent walks outdoors but more for the sake of my mental health than “exercise”. What might work for someone might not work for someone else and that’s why I can’t say I’m against or for anything specifically but if you’re doing something and see that it’s not working with your body or at a certain time of your life then that’s where I’d say it’s time to step back and re-evaluate. Hope this helps! 💛

Hi! I am currently recovering from HA and I was wondering if you can lose weight that you’ve gained after regaining your period?
@bazhinovao3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Congratulations on working on recovery! Yes you most definitely can lose the weight, from my experience the body goes to a comfortable weight after recovery but be careful with intentionally working to lose weight as it can lead to losing your cycle again 🥺 it’s so much easier said than done but I’d focus on how you feel and how your body is functioning rather than how you look. I’d also suggest getting at the least three regular cycles before trying to drop even a few calories or increasing exercise for that same reason. Wish you only the best 🤎
