Hi Sir, My car ford Fiesta 2011 diesel . Every time before starting we have to do hand primp pump , even 5 or 10 min after angine off. Pls explain what is the problem. Our mechanic can't rectify after 1 month time keeping car its workshop. We have spent almost Rs 10000/- then i took back my car

Magic, Thanks matey I think that might solve a long running problem I've had with the yellow engine light being on and off intermittently. changed the spark plugs and coil pack 12 months ago but discovered water around the plugs...this is the fix.....for a bonus point do you know what these replacement plugs are called?

For a vw perhaps, but my £150 ford focus still has Dagenham spark plugs as they are stuck solid, 150k on the clock, one wishbone and one waterpump, oil leaks so i top it up and thats it, never had a service, auto too so no need for a new clutch every now and then

I have the same problem but on one half cylinder 3 and 4 there is oil as will but not 1 and 2 just water any idea why?

Ours does that , I think it's from the washer jets, I am going to pop ours out this weekend and put some sealent under them. If it has been leaking a log time it might have rotted the core plug from above. If the coolant has been properly looked after itshould not have rotted the core plug from the inside. I am going to get rid of what think is the root cause before I replace the core plug. But I have ordered some 25mm plugs - I hope that's the right size!

I ended up fixing it and I figured out why there was oil so for my car it was the same issue as this video but part of the gasket was not sealing properly so the oil leaked in. Ended up needing to change those circular plugs, spark plugs and the gasket also i needed an oil change

i just bought an Auris Hybrid 2014, i checked the battery filter but on my car there was no filter at all. the fan looked clean though. i am trying to find a new filter for my car but its bloody impossible to find and buy one. the only place i have found one is on ebay and they does not ship to sweden. anyone know where to find one?

Oh boy. Replacing from plastic to metal had caused me more issue. Now it'snot sealed and alumined got corroded over 2 years. Plastic is the best for this car for this plastic car. I am not happy that I destroyed it.
