Dynamic Potential, when a player "performs" over the expected values, his base potential with go higher so the player can grow higher than expected.

I started a new career mode last week and loaded in with a 67 rated 18 year old valued at 6 million, it was even more insane as the career mode was a create a club in league 2 and a half star team!

hahaha Endrick to Southampton??? I don't get why people play career modes so unrealistically. Have some restraint. Limit your signings to player that you could actually sign. It's cheating otherwise.

@forbesgamingTV nah you don't have to resort to Football Manager for realism. You can play career mode realistically, but for some reason KZbinrs are too impatient and just cheese the extremely lenient transfer system on career mode and basically have an all star 11 by season 3. They'd get more enjoyment out of it playing it realistically. Only accept offers on players from realistic clubs rather than selling everyone to the first bidder, only buy players that would fit into the wage structure of a relegation club that can't offer more than about 80k

it’s just made it easier as in “quality of life”. had the option to turn off getting sacked and allowing more realistic transfers to happen, like loaning a higher rated player when he wasn’t getting game time

The biggest issue with FC is that its trying to be something its not. They are fixing things that arent broken and adding things that are, Fifa career mode has never been or never will be the equivalent of a FM but yet EA is trying to market and make it that. The beauty of CM has always been the simplicity, and that anyone can do anything without watching a video, its become clattered and way to full of over complex add ons that barely work just so they can market it as a better simulated experience, when in turn its actually horrible to play long term. FM does exactly what its always has done, its the reason i play it, I dont play it to play matches myself and just chill and not worry about anything, i play it for the complexity, the time it takes to actually do something. If i wanted to play matches myself and chill and dont worry about most of the things id just play Fifa, But not anymore, Fifa is ruining career mode with new additions that counter act the very point of fifa career mode.
