Recruitments at toll plazas are based on the work force with O&M contactor. Qualification will be based on the category of job you are looking for as many departments work in a toll plaza like Finance, Security, Operations, Technical, Emergency Rescue & Maintenance

Any additional O&M vehicles for temporary usage will be hired locally if required from time to time. But in majority of cases, they will deploy their own fleet as its a O&M project with longer duration. Such local requirement can be obtained by contacting the toll plaza manager.

Basically toll charges seems to be high and are reasonable. Calculation of toll fee is explained in the video. But just imagine travelling on roads without proper infrastructure will loot your pockets at much higher rate on the name of vehicle maintain ace, Time Value, Health Problems .

This was a several decade old project. At times there was no lift irrigation schemes and diverting water to districts of Telangana is not practical as they are upsale places. Even with todays secenario, you might have see how expensive Kaleswaram Project is and how far from realistic scenarios.

Contractual Jobs are decided by the Toll Plaza Manager based on requirement. Permanent jobs will be through O&M company ( Accounts, Plant & Machinery, Security, Medical Team etc ) and qualifications are accordingly .

నేషనల్ హైవే టోల్ రూల్స్ స్టేట్ హైవే కి అనుబందించలేము. SH R&B డిపార్ట్మెంట్ పరిధిలో వుంటాయి. NH సెంట్రల్ పరిధిలో వుంటాయి. స్టేట్ గవర్నమెంట్ కనుక ఒకవేళ SH కు టోల్ వసూలు చేయాల్సిన నేపథ్యం లో ఒక కార్పొరేషన్ లాంటి సంస్థ ఒకటి ఏర్పాటు చేసి దాని ద్వారా వసూలు చేస్తారు. ఉదాహరణకి ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో AP రోడ్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ ఈ టోల్ చార్జెస్ ను ఫైనల్ చేస్తుంది. ఈ guidelines అనేవి NH ki వున్నావే వుంటాయి సర్వ సాధారణంగా. SH టోల్ రేట్ calculations అన్ని కూడా NH టోల్ కల్కులేషన్స్ కి match అవుతాయి. సెంట్రల్ గర్నమెంట్ ఆన్ని NH టోల్ ప్లాజా లలో ఫాస్ట్ టాగ్ complusory చేసింది అలా అని SH kooda కచ్చితంగా ఫాస్ట్ టాగ్ రూల్ పాటించాలి అని మాత్రం కాదు. ఇలాంటి చిన్న చిన్న ఆపరేషనల్ వ్యత్యాసాలు తప్ప మార్పు పెద్దగా ఉండదు.

Thanks for taking your time in reading the comments. Due to several geographical conditions and power grid estimates at that time, Telangana region was not benefited by TGP and it was not any intentional move. Later on we have seen Lift Irrigation schemes are being build on TS side to benefit the upland regions of TS
