Most people writing off CPAP machines in the first few weeks need to try more mask styles. There are literally dozens of different styles available. Personally I recommend nose pillows with the host connecting at the top of the head. Life changer. Way less invasive than those that fit like a cup over your nose. Now....if you have mouth breathing issues, then I think you're kinda stuck, but if not, try the nose pillows.

This is a very good overview, but as a patient living with bronchiectasis and IPF, I'm disappointed he didn't address traction bronchiectasis and the role of pulmonary fibrosis. This would have been helpful to increase my understanding.

Well, watching my hives and inflammation dissolve every day until it all disappeared was definitely appeasing, I went with what I mentioned and after 20 days my urticaria disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
