I have multiple versions of R running side by side, switchable from Rstudio. I tried your method and it installs packages in the oldest version of R. Even if I put the newest version in the PATH, sudo -i R always picks up the oldest R. Is there fix for this? Thanks

Homer White, Thanks so much for this! Had a question: When knitting this up in RStudio all of my plots and graphics go all over the place as opposed to being placed right where they are in relation to the texts/code chunks as written in the Rmd doc. They seemingly get moved to the end (essentially) of the knitted .pdf! Someone suggested placing a "\" just after the ggplot chunks....and that DOES anchor them where coded, but I lose the fugure captions and it positions the plots left justified instead of center. Any help on this one?? I see in the video that your plots seem to appear just fine in the knit... Thanks! -Cliff

Thanks for the video. Wondering how to best use the HTML output, when I attach it to an email it removes any graphs in the report? Is that normal?

Whole time I thought runif was “run if”... guess that explains why I don’t think to default to it whenever I need random numbers

Hi Dr. White, Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I navigate to your KZbin page from time to time to catch an intriguing question, especially given our current situation. Keep up the good work and I appreciate your deliberate thought around supporting your students with long distance learning. Alex Martin
